Five new Georgia Tech Faculty have been appointed as Brook Byers Fellows and Professor.

Five new BBISS Fellows have been appointed.

Professor Marc Weissburg has been appointed Georgia Tech’s newest Brook Byers Professor.

The Faculty Honors Committee.will be present the award at the annual Georgia Tech Faculty and Staff Honors Luncheon to be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.

Ten Georgia Tech undergraduates were selected as the inaugural (2017-2018) class of Sustainable Undergraduate Research Fellows (SURF).

Georgia Tech Professor Emeritus, Bryan G. Norton has recently released a new book called Sustainable Values, Sustainable Change: A Guide to Environmental Decision Making that attempts to outline a practical path towards sustainability.

The “Expeditions in Computing” grant is a $10 million, 5 year National Science Foundation program which will establish the Computational Sustainability Network with Cornell University as lead institution. Dilkina will sit on its Executive Council.
